Moderna's 2024 Covid vaccine campaign, generative viral reaction gifs created by an end-to-end AI pipeline.
For this project, I created a new decision-tree image generation workflow site, built using Flux and React. Artists were given the power to generate hundreds of images at a time, each with a small amount of semantic variation, using each prompt variation as a new branch in a decision tree to generate new, higher quality images.
The images were converted to animated gifs using a variety of creative techniques, some AI and some utilising traditional creative processes. From thousands of generations, the client had the opportunity to select from a carefully curated set, each tailored specifically to a seasonal theme or sport.
